The Heavy Duty range of machines has its own product range within the Worldstar family range of machines. The Worldstar 1240HD range is based on a flexible machine architecture with additional features selectable as required. On a crankshaft, we are able to positively influence the reduction of chatter on bearing diameters, improve residual strength within components through radii finishing. Additional to this we have a solution for improving the bearing thrust walls on bearings diameters. All of this is achieved with our robust machine design and flexible architecture, to fit your product size.
