I approached the IMPCO team to assist in resolving a surface finish issue with several camshafts which were critical to an important customer delivery. The IMPCO team worked with me on very short notice and turned the cams around quickly. The effort of the IMPCO team allowed me to deliver parts to my customer on time and with good quality. Regarding the Camshaft application and the support we had over the last couple weeks on the polisher, the satisfaction level is high from the operators, set up and plant management level. The Service Technicians had a great direct involvement with the manufacturing and maintenance team. They achieved numerous repeat mechanical and logic issues we’ve had. Overall, we are happy with their support.

I would rank working with IMPCO as “excellent.” Their team did a great job to help us get out of a bind we had with poorly-manufactured parts from one of the suppliers on our program. IMPCO clearly understood the issue and looked for ways to improve the quality of parts in a timeframe that aligned with our objectives.

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience with IMPCO. We are very satisfied with the work that was performed on the machine, and very happy with IMPCO.

It has been a pleasure working with the IMPCO team and the polishing machine purchased here. I would say the support service people I have met and worked with are top notch. As for the machine, like the service engineers, has been A+!! Probably one of the best machines in the plant. Quality is outstanding and downtime has been minimal.
